• Researching and identifying public and private sources of funding for Dir Biyabir target projects in Ethiopia.
• Developing proposals and grant applications for the identified sources of funding
• Reviewing project proposals sent from NGO's in Ethiopia and providing feedback
• Recruiting new members
• Developing and maintaining web sites
